The transaction took place on October 8, 2024, and Trafigura no longer holds direct ownership in Iverson eFuels. The company will, however, retain its position as a minority shareholder in Hy2gen AG, the owner of Hy2gen Nordic AS.
Iverson eFuels AS is now owned by Hy2gen Nordic AS, the majority shareholder in the company, along with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). Hy2gen specialises in the development, construction, and operation of green hydrogen production facilities. CIP invests in energy infrastructure and is one of the largest global fund managers in the renewable energy sector.
The transaction will not affect Iverson eFuels' strategic priorities or financing.
